I am so excited to announce a brand new streaming program on KCBD.com called KCBD Now. I will be hosting this talk show featuring a variety of guests from all over the area. Our goal is to learn more about the people who make Lubbock and the South Plains so special.
Tom Walters, owner of Kings Highway Tours was my first unofficial interview. Tom was kind enough to do a pilot show for us. We will officially start the program on Monday, August 11, starting at 10:00 AM. My guest will be Jane Prince Jones, who I’ve had the honor of appearing with on stage over the last several years.
KCBD Now will be live on the KCBD Streaming App for Roku, and KCBD.com. Plus, if you don’t see it live, we’ll also have our interviews available there on demand.
I’ll see you Monday!!

Just added the KCBD app to my Roku. Can’t wait to see you on Monday. And I’m sure I’ll watch you each and every day. FYI. I’m Kurt’s younger brother. He started in radio when he was in high school. I told him I couldn’t imagine not listening to him on the radio. Well that lasted maybe 2 or 3 days, lol.
