You have probably had that exact thought standing in a supply closet, or driving home, or lying awake before your alarm. You push it down fast because saying it out loud feels like admitting you failed at something you worked so hard to become.

I had that same thought more times than I can count during my eight years in the ICU. I would catch myself sitting at the nurses station at 3am, watching everyone struggling to stay awake, and the sentence would just appear in my head uninvited.

I never said it to anyone. I was scared it meant I had stopped caring about my patients, or that I was somehow less committed than the nurses around me.

That thought was actually proof of something else entirely. It meant a part of me already knew that giving everything I had to a job with a hard ceiling wasn’t sustainable for the next thirty years, and wanting more for my own life never once meant I cared less about the people in front of me.

I stayed quiet about that thought for eight years before building my own coaching business, which gave all that caring somewhere new to go, plus a paycheck that finally grew instead of staying flat.

If you have carried that same thought without saying it to a single person, my free Freedom from Bedside Nursing Masterclass might be the place to finally do something with it. Save August 11th at 1PM EST.

I will walk you through exactly how to start your own online coaching business step by step, so the life you actually want stops living only in your head.

DM me the word MASTERCLASS and I will send you the link to register. 🩵
