October, you were a whole mood. 🎃

A lot of work (hello, rebrand to @farunecollective 👋🏼), copious amounts of matcha (nothing new there ), new spots, good friends, a few late nights, some slower mornings (finally!), and most importantly - remembering that there’s a whole lot of life happening outside my to-do list.

October was my reminder of just how quickly time passes when you’re not paying attention….

While November will still likely be overwhelming with Farūne, c’est la vie maintenant, I’ve made a few promises to myself: more date nights with my man, get back to working out (restarting this commitment for the 1000th time this year 🙄), see/talk to my friends more, carve out some time for things I enjoy that have nothing to do with work. The goal for November: to be more PRESENT.

Because before I/we know it, the ‘ber months many of us have been looking forward to all year long, will be over.

On that note, October, thank you for the lessons and blessings. November, you’re up! 🍁🍂🎃🤎

What are you hoping to do more (or less) of in November?!

There is never enough time to get everything done 😵‍💫🤪My small biz @farunecollective turns 2 this month and I am SO grateful 🥹🎂

FINALLY got to go to @mish.deli !! Cannot wait to go back. I’ll be having the potato latkes, matzah ball soup + black and white cookies on repeat 🤤🤤🤤

Congratulations to the team behind @barmitzvahatmish !! Incredible food, cocktails and vibes 🔥🔥

Sometimes I need a little extra extra 👵🏼

And adding creatine to your coffee or matcha is 👌🏼 Obvi, I use @farunecollective micronized + third party tested creatine monohydrate 💪🏼🧠🦴🔋♾️ If you’re reading this before 11/4/26, our creatine is 20% off while we wait until new labels are done. ✨

This rebrand/rebirth has been SO painful at times but I am fully obsessed with Farūne and so proud and grateful!! Thank you for cheering me on through it all!!!! 🫂🥹

My morning rituals are non-negotiable. They set me/my day up for success, especially in this crazy busy season I’m in.

If you live in LA, @inaracoffeela is a must try!!!! I LOVE their lattes, pastries, outdoor patio - their upstairs tea room is magical - and the owner,

Beyond The Gates' Ambyr Michelle, as Eva Thomas, took home Outstanding Emerging Talent in a Daytime Drama Series! @ambyrmichelle_ @beyondthegatescbs

"I don’t just see an award; I see every audition, every rejection, every moment I questioned my artistry, I see a promise fulfilled. I remember when no one was clapping for me, and I had to learn how to applaud myself, to keep showing up for the woman I was becoming, even when I couldn’t see her yet, so honestly, yeah, mm hmm, I have to thank me too. And to my entire Beyond The Gates Family, Thank you so much for showing up every day and doing this work in excellence! ... you never have to ask permission to belong "
