This program is designed over a 12 month immersion for those seeking a higher level of thought, professional expectations and a system led structure to evolving the body through the method. Using modern biomechanics, Joseph’s original Pilates repertoire and a special populations programming lens, Anthea’s guidance will support and challenge you to become the best possible student and teacher of Pilates instruction setting your post certification pathway off with more clarity, confidence and direction.
