Imagine starting your morning routine, overlooking the calm marina and lush slopes of Koko Head from your private balcony. Spend the day hiking Mariners Ridge or snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, then end it with a boat ride to dinner and live music. This is the Hawai‘i Kai lifestyle.

Set on the second floor in Mawaena Kai’s desirable C building, this beautifully updated residence offers one of the building’s largest floor plans, complete with a spacious loft and vaulted ceilings. Its unique location provides an especially wide stretch of water between the residence and the homes across the marina, creating a wonderfully open and peaceful waterfront setting. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been thoughtfully upgraded with high-quality materials, including custom tilework, beautiful cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood bamboo flooring, fresh interior paint, and a brand-new split AC system complete the home.

This is more than a beautiful place to live. It is a front-row seat to everything that makes Hawai‘i Kai extraordinary.
