Plot twist: the review came with a lecture. 🔥 IGN China’s Charles Young opened his Phantom Blade Zero review by saying Western game creators are stuck in a “creative rut” and should let Chinese creators “teach them a lesson”. He wrote it as opening thoughts before the formal review, and his build was PC, with the review code from Lingyoufang. The game is out now on PC and PS5. Swipe for his full quote and the details.
Find someone who talks about you the way @treyanastasio talks about @billystrings 🥺. Audio is from Trey’s interview with @sternshow earlier this week. Video is mine, from 6/29/22, The Rooftop at Pier 17, NYC #treyanastasio #billystrings #phish
The 2026 United States midterm elections concluded with a historic and decisive sweep for the Democratic Party, which seized control of both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Defying traditional expectations for a sitting president’s party during midterms, Democrats flipped key Republican strongholds and secured majorities in both chambers, fundamentally altering the political landscape for the remainder of President Donald Trump’s term. In the Senate, Democrats surged past the 50 seat threshold to capture 53 seats, picking up crucial victories in states like Texas where James Talarico ended a three decade Republican drought alongside wins in Ohio and Maine. Meanwhile, the House of Representatives swung firmly to the Democrats, crossing the 218 seat requirement for a majority. High voter turnout, approaching nearly 60 million advance and early ballots, underscored widespread public engagement driven heavily by economic pressures, cost of living concerns, and foreign policy tensions. Reacting to the results, President Trump acknowledged on Fox News, that factors like higher fuel prices and voter sentiment around foreign policy played a significant role in the defeat, while offering a conciliatory nod to the Democrats’ performance. He remained defiant to the results and said, “I wasn’t on the Ballot and if I was, we would have won IN A LANDSLIDE! Thank you for your attention to this matter”.
