I have to admit that my fandom for Jay Z started when i met him. But when I go back and listen to the lyrics of his earlier projects, I am truly amazed at the vulnerability, the honesty, and how deep and substantial these lyrics are. Substance that’s what we’re talking about here. He spoke about his life at the time . His body of work is genius ! 30 years consistently making majic! and never missing a beat ! !!!! ❤️🙏🏽🌹🔥

The most powerful people in the world don’t just talk, they tell stories. 🎤🧠

Most people explain things the way they’d read a list. Facts, numbers, one point after another. It’s accurate, and nobody remembers it.

The best communicators do it differently. They open with a story, a picture or a question you can’t stop thinking about. By the time they make their point, you’re already leaning in and you feel it instead of just hearing it.

That’s the most underestimated skill there is. The right words in the right order can win the job interview, change your boss’s mind, close the deal or bring a room to its feet.

And it’s a skill anyone can build. Pay attention to how great speakers open. Practice telling stories instead of stating facts. Choose your words like they cost money.

Anyone can talk, but the people who master how they communicate end up controlling the room. 🎤
