Can you please explain to me what is the purpose of doing a pre order for the fragrance calenders? Create panic only for people to walk into Harrods and buy the calenders and some of us who preordered havent received them? Surely your you should honour the pre orders first before allowing people to but in store? This is very disigenous from you and i will not bother buying via pre order again. So dissapointed with these tactics
