I found a love

13 years in this sport. And I finally get to hold this. 🏆
I’m so used to looking at photos of myself and finding something that needs improving.

Looking at these, I want to give myself a moment before I start doing that again.

I remember how badly I wanted to be in this position. The shows I left disappointed. Going home, questioning myself, then deciding to try again without knowing how it would end.

Yesterday, I finally earned my IFBB Pro card.

And today, I want to let myself be happy about it.

Celebrate with my wife. Read your messages. Thank the people who believed in me through the preparations that didn’t end like this.

I’m still figuring out what comes next. There are questions I was asking myself before this show that I don’t have all the answers to yet.

But I don’t need to figure everything out today.

Today, I’m proud of myself. And grateful I get to share this moment with my wife @paulina.smag 🥂

Happy anniversary to my cookbook! ❤️😢

After 𝟮𝟯 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 wearing his country’s shirt, Cristiano Ronaldo has shared an emotional goodbye. A letter about much more than football ❤️

💬 “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 7 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵. 𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯’𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵.” 💔

Looking back on his journey, Ronaldo says he doesn’t just remember goals, records or trophies. He remembers the people. The fans, the families and the millions of Portuguese people around the world 🥹

💬 “𝘐𝘧 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘶𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦, 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵.” ❤️

He thanks his teammates, coaches, staff and family for every sacrifice, victory and defeat they shared. And he remembers the one moment that will stay with him forever: hearing the Portuguese national anthem before a match 🇵🇹

💬 “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘣𝘴, 𝘯𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴, 𝘯𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯. 𝘗𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘭.” 🥹

And perhaps the most emotional part of all...

💬 “𝘐 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥. 𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥.” ❤️

From a little boy in Madeira chasing a ball to a legend who inspired an entire nation. He ends with one final message:

💬 “𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 7 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳. 𝘗𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘦.”

Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) told CNN he plans to trigger a House vote to impeach Secretary of War Pete Hegseth when Congress returns next week, and multiple GOP sources said they expect it to pass.

Massie introduced the resolution September 15th as a privileged measure, but House leaders sent members home early before a vote could happen. The House is scheduled to return November 9th.

Republican lawmakers and allies are also moving to blame Hegseth for the party’s midterm losses, CNN reports, citing multiple Republicans who spoke anonymously. They argue he oversold the ability to win the Iran war quickly and kept advocating escalation despite little sign Iran is closer to surrender.

President Donald J. Trump said Wednesday he thinks Secretary Hegseth is “doing a very good job” and denied plans to fire him. Of the war he said, “If I had it to do again, I’d have to do it again.” Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said Hegseth “will not back down” and is “100% committed to leading the Department until the end of President Trump’s term.”
