From industrial heritage to a new cultural life.
Building No. 18, part of a former brewery complex was carefully restored and transformed into an arts and cultural venue, giving a historic industrial structure a completely new purpose while preserving its original character.
Lemos Arch Ltd acted as the main contractor for the project, managing the construction and delivery process, with Salih Özgür Genca, Partner at Lemos Arch Ltd, acting as Head of Consultant for Heritage Project.
The project brought together existing masonry, exposed brickwork, concrete, steel and contemporary architectural interventions to create a new space without losing the identity of the original building.
At Lemos Arch, we believe historic buildings should not simply be preserved — they should be carefully adapted to remain useful, relevant and alive.
Based in London, we are interested in working on heritage refurbishment, restoration and adaptive reuse projects across the UK, offering support from the early design and planning stages through to construction, specialist coordination and final delivery.
Design. Restoration. Construction. Delivery.
One team, from concept to completion.
