✨Studio 18 - Day 2 Recap✨

Studio 18 was FULL of character. An immersive experience where every room in the house was filled to the brim with new and different things to look at. I could have spent hours there!

People seem shocked -genuinely- when I share my experience being called "medically disfigured" "or something to fear"

I don't often read these things, but when I do I remember why I almost starved to death after a lifetime of disordered eating.
I take pride in that fact that I choose kindness everyday, but I just hope to share with you all the realities that someone who has been unstoppably vulnerable in sharing their ups and downs still gets treated like this on certain corners of the internet. and for the record I am far from what nightmares are made of. #choosekindness

Start with the paycheck. The socialists’ program, priced out, takes 28 percent off after-tax hourly wages. That is not a chart. That is 22,000 dollars a year gone from the average worker’s pocket, the raise that never comes, the overtime that stops being worth it, the second job that stops closing the gap. Then the apartment hunt. Universal rent control leaves 3.3 million fewer rental homes, which means the listing you wanted is gone, the rent on the one that is left is higher, and the landlord who would have built the next building never breaks ground. Then the kid’s first job. A mandated 32-hour week costs as many as 6.9 million jobs, and the first ones to go are the ones at the bottom of the ladder, the kids earning fourteen to twenty-four dollars an hour.

That is what the Democratic Socialists wrote down, in their own 2026 program, in their own words. Medicare for All. Free college. Open borders and amnesty. Abolish the police and the prisons. The Green New Deal. A wealth tax. The Council of Economic Advisers did not invent the list. It added it up, and the total is roughly 49 trillion dollars over ten years, 355,000 dollars per household. A federal judge ordered the ad carrying those numbers removed from government pages and third-party airings on Friday. The court did not dispute the arithmetic. The court disputed your right to read it before Tuesday.

So read it here, and then vote like your household is the line item. The DSA is not a debating society. It is a price tag with a ballot line, and the price is your wages, your home, and your kid’s job. The judges can hide the ad. They cannot hide the program, because the socialists published it themselves. Vote Republican, and stop the DSA in its tracks, before the price tag becomes the receipt.
