Only good vibes for this week…. These are all the pics that have made me smile and keep doing what I do…. And loving it more and more every day even though there has been hard days…. Looking on the bright side of everything is the way to keep on going!!! I am blessed by an amazing team of co-workers! I am blessed to have a fabulous group of young ladies I get to motivate every day on the pool deck! Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell was taken off the field on a stretcher after sustaining a neck injury during a tackle. Footage from the game shows Campbell’s head snapping back after he went in for a tackle against Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson during the fourth quarter of the Lions' home game on Sunday. Campbell’s teammates could be seen taking a knee as he was treated for his injuries on the field, and defensive end Aidan Hutchinson was in tears while the game was paused, per USA Today. Some post show posing here- Admittedly not my favorite look ever, but the goal of today was just to go get some bloodflow and use my lift more as a meditation than anything. One of those weird days where I’m living in my head and just trying to decompress. This prep was FULL of emotions so just taking the day to process- not all bad ones at all, just ALOT. But we had a blast, that is what matters. I get to do the thing I love and that’s so important We’ve decided to shut it down for the season due to my lower back giving me a ton of pain and my body just being out of sorts. I mean honestly here, a little sad but I made the call as soon as I got off stage and I knew it was the right one. Today we just breathe rinse and repeat
