13 years ago, I worked on a premium mixed-use residential development in the suburbs of Moscow — essentially a small town designed to provide a complete environment for living, working, education, and leisure.

The project brings together various types of housing, business centers, a school and kindergarten, a sports club with a swimming pool, a stadium, and a conference center. All of these elements are connected through a unified architectural concept, public spaces, and landscape design.
