Ok at this point my service should be free . Every day itโs an issue with service. - outage, slow service. When you call support itโs a waste of time. There solution is unplug and plug it back in.

Sharon i was promised a new S 25 fe and now they are changing their tune although the corporate of heard the rep tell me it was free and was sending it to me now they're telling me its not free send it back!
