Jamie also shares all about the challenges her son faced shortly after birth and how he is constantly coming back stronger than ever. Dylan was diagnosed with Hirschprung's disease and had surgery at a very young age. Despite all the trauma, Jamie is comedy gold and manages to entertain and captivate!

US President Donald Trump’s Republican Party has lost control of both chambers of Congress in the November 3 midterm elections, handing Democrats a major victory and setting up a tougher final two years of his presidency. The new balance of power takes effect when the incoming Congress assumes office in January 2027. Democrats secured victories well beyond the usual battlegrounds, flipping Senate seats in Republican strongholds including Texas, Kansas and South Carolina. Their gains also delivered a majority in the House of Representatives, ending Republicans’ unified control of Washington. The result followed a campaign dominated by concerns over living costs, tariffs and the war with Iran. Reuters reported that frustration over these issues helped Democrats make substantial gains in areas that had backed Trump just two years earlier. What does this mean for Trump? His administration will face an opposition-controlled Congress with the power to block legislation, investigate government decisions and demand concessions on spending. Democratic control of the Senate also creates a major obstacle for presidential appointments, including judicial nominees requiring confirmation. However, claims that “no bills will pass for the next two years” are incorrect. Legislation can still become law if both chambers agree and the president approves it, or Congress overrides a veto. The likely consequence is greater negotiation and legislative deadlock over contentious proposals—not a complete halt to lawmaking. Trump remains president. But from January, advancing his legislative agenda will require support from the party that has just defeated his Republicans at the ballot box.
