Hey @mycs_com Looks like you are still taking money from people ordering through your website online and still not delivering orders that have already been paid for! How about stop being terrible people and shut your website down and refund people’s money!

Je confirme, belle arnaque avec un achat jamais livré ! Les commandes sont toujours ouvertes mais après quelques semaines d’achat, l’entreprise envoie un mail comme quoi elle est insolvable et qu’ils ne peuvent livrer les commandes malgré leurs productions… aucune réponse aux mails envoyés depuis fin août…

Ich kann nur davon abraten dort ein Sofa zu kaufen. Ganz miese Qualität. Einen Kundenservice gibt es anscheinend gar nicht erst.

Hi MYCS, I need an urgent response regarding replacement order SOPL138700. After months of delays, my sofa arrived broken and stained. Your team confirmed in writing on 7 August that you would replace the entire sofa and that production had already started. Today I received an email saying MYCS has filed for insolvency and that my replacement will no longer be processed. This is completely unacceptable. I need to know immediately what the solution is. I expect MYCS to honor the approved replacement or provide an immediate alternative. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Il faut créer une procédure collective. Effectivement sur le site rien n’indique ce qui allait nous arriver par la suite.

Wie kann es sein, dass wir per Mail mitgeteilt bekommen, dass unsere bezahlte Bestellung aufgrund der Insolvenz nicht geliefert werden kann, man aber auf der Webseite noch Bestellungen abschliessen kann?

Hi. It looks like your company has been insolvent for several years but continue to take customers' money. I ordered a product on July 13th of 2026 and was just informed that the product will not be delivered and money will not be refunded. Your website is still up and taking orders that will likley never be fulfilled. Please stop being bad - take your website down and refund peoples' money!!!
