🚨November challenge start today comment “ SNATCHED “ to get direct link to sign up 🆙 GUT IN ⌛️& GLUTES OUT 🍑Challenge 4 way to lose stubborn tummy fat/ STUBBORN FUPA: 1. Calorie control + protein focus You can’t spot reduce fat, so overall fat loss is key. Eat in a small calorie deficit and prioritize protein (eggs, chicken, fish, tofu) to preserve muscle and reduce belly fat faster. 2. Strength training (3-4x/week) Compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, lunges, pushups) increase metabolism and burn visceral fat. Add core work (planks, leg raises) to strengthen and tighten the area. 3. Daily movement + LISS (8-10k steps/day) with short HIlT sessions (15-20 min). This combo is proven to target stubborn lower-abdominal fat. 4. Hormones, sleep, and stress control Poor sleep and high cortisol promote lower-belly fat storage. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep, manage stress, and avoid excessive sugar/ alcohol.
Join @FlavioBolsonaro at the CPAC Mar-a-Lago Gala this Thursday, November 5 “This is a serious time in the fight against communism and its noxious lawfare and propaganda. CPAC is becoming the place where freedom fighters from around the globe come together to plot, plan, and support each other. We are honored that @FlavioBolsonaro and @BolsonaroSP will make time to address CPAC at its annual summit at Mar-a-Lago. The Bolsonaros have been through hell and back in their attempt to remove communists from power in Brazil. Sadly, America took a tragic turn toward socialism on Tuesday.” @mschlapp

Two performance Wednesday - on the 65 bus to Richmond station, train to Waterloo, then tube to Leicester Square and into the Wyndham’s Theatre for @hayfeverplay matinee and into my dressing room and costume. Noel Coward’s tongue in cheeky song about the theatre playing in my head.
