This has been a 💔❤️‍🩹 day. Dealing with my own mental,stress&emotions due to the loss of my son who’s RIP with his birthday being today as well as being present at the loss of my dear friends loosing their nephew. The pain doesn’t get any better my breathing begin to get very intense and uncomfortable which I then removed myself from the funeral and my daughter escorted me to my son grave which I calmed down and was able to breathe normal.
