October, you were full of magic. ✨🤍 And this year, I think that magic was written all over my face. 🥹 A month filled with love, flowers, cakes, celebrations, beautiful memories . My birthday couldn’t have happened in a more beautiful way, surrounded by the people I love the most. I’ve never felt more loved, blessed, or grateful. To everyone who sent flowers, cakes, messages, gifts, or simply showed up for me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You filled my home with flowers and my heart with so much love. I’ll never take any of it for granted. ❤️ October, you reminded me that the greatest blessing in life is to love and be loved. My heart is so full. P:S: My favorite photo is the last one. Little Deema would be so happy and proud of the woman she’s become. 🥹🤍✨

‼️CONFIRMED, NDULI IDD AMINI MAMA AMEAMURU MHE. LISSU AFUNGWE‼️ Nimejulishwa kwamba Nduli Idd Amin Mama alifanya kikao na Mwanasheria Mkuu wa Serikali haram Hamza Johari na Jaji Mkuu ambapo Nduli alitoa maelekezo kwa Jaji Mkuu na Mwanasheria Mkuu wa Serikali kwamba Mhe. Tundu Lissu anapaswa kufungwa kuanzia miaka 5. #FreeTunduLissu
We’re plateauing a bit here…
Boo!! 👻
🟢 Do 30 - 60 seconds of each move. 🟢 I've been doing this well over a year now, and honestly I've never known any movement that energises me quite like this. It has become one of the most incredible movement routines I've discovered. 🟢 The benefits are GREAT! 🟢 It just works and seems to be 'the motivating push' we all need. 🟢 So if exercise is THE LAST thing you feel like doing (especially in winter) then try this simple routine. 🟢 Movement is a non-negotiable mind and body fix. Can you really afford NOT to do it? HERE ARE THE 6 MOVES: All done with control!!! 1. Light jogs with floppy arms 2. Full body swing 3. Arm swings 4. Trunk twists 5. Knee slaps 6. Golf swings Credit @mikerholland
