Flow events next week!
Regular meet ups at Hyde Park and South Beach, and a juggling workshop with @aripaste_performance !
As always we will have a few props to use if you get down early to the workshop, feel free to bring any balls or apples you find around the house. Juggling is the foundation for so many other types of flowing, movement and dexterity - don’t overlook it if you haven’t tried or can’t get past 2 catches 😛
