Hand-drawn animated characters (Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto & Co) drawn on paper by Walt Disney Animation Studios for a commercial I directed for Mickey’s Toontown in the spirit of Roger Rabbit. We digitized the paper drawings and composited them over our live-action footage.

Let me start by saying I completely disagree with the lady in this video. Yes, some men can negatively affect a woman’s confidence, growth, and sense of self. That reality cannot be dismissed. But ladies, we cannot preach women’s empowerment while constantly making men responsible for the direction of our lives.

Sometimes, a woman loses her drive because she stops prioritizing her own ambitions, not necessarily because a man took them away. And when we blame men for every decision a woman makes, we unintentionally take away the very accountability she needs to learn, grow, and make better choices.

You cannot fully own your power if you refuse to own your choices.

There are more possible chess games than there are atoms in the observable universe. Scientists estimate that the number of possible chess games is around , known as the Shannon number, while the observable universe contains roughly atoms. Despite having only 64 squares and 32 pieces, chess offers an almost unimaginable number of possible move sequences.
Interestingly, chess originated in India around 1,500 years ago, evolving from a game called chaturanga. The queen was originally one of the weakest pieces, only gaining her extraordinary movement abilities in Europe during the late 15th century. Today, chess is played by millions worldwide, and even the most powerful computers cannot calculate every possible game.
