🦷 Healthy smiles start with healthy habits. 💙
For The Quispicanchi Project, oral health means more than providing dental care when a problem arises. One of the foundational ways we accompany communities is by helping children learn how to prevent those problems in the first place.
Led by our Oral Health Program Coordinator, Sol Angela, our dental health workshops teach children from the earliest ages why brushing matters and, just as importantly, how to brush properly. Through our partnerships with local schools and parish-sponsored after-school centers, children receive hands-on education along with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, and dental hygiene kit.
Did You Know: Throughout the year, we provide over 300 local children with dental hygiene kits four times annually, giving them the tools and knowledge to build healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
But prevention is only one part of the journey.
This year, our Smiles of Hope Annual Dental Campaign will bring critically needed—and often life-saving—dental care to more than 250 children and families in rural communities in Quispicanchi.
🎯 Our goal: $15,000
Your support can help us continue both sides of this work: teaching children how to protect their smiles and providing the care they need when they cannot do it alone.
Help us reach $15,000 and give a child the chance to grow up with a healthier, pain-free smile. Donate using the link in our bio!
