American cheese melted on the bun. Beer and butter caramelized onions. Dog crisped in that butter. Red sauerkraut, a pickled green bean, and crushed black pepper chips. Garlic powder, black pepper, and dill to finish. Would’ve used fresh dill if I had it; such is life. Good mayo, whole grain mustard. Calling this the Dirty Dog. It’s really good. Woof
