Some of you may know that I became ill back in March. After an ultrasound it was revealed that I had a large mass on my spleen.
I had to have an emergency splenectomy to save my life.
The mass was biopsied and unfortunately came back as cancer. There were other lesions on my liver which tested the same.

I was diagnosed with hermangiosarcoma and given only a few short months to live.
A difficult decision was made for me to undergo chemotherapy.
It has been hard on me but they’ve adjusted the doses so make my reaction less.

Still, the first several days post treatment, I struggle with nausea and gastrointestinal upset.

My mom tries hard to keep me eating whatever I’ll take to keep my strength up. Normally, I’m on a strict raw diet but even that won’t tempt me.

Thanks to @healthybudco for reaching out and sending a sample of dehydrated raw. I had my first meal post chemo and enjoyed it. My feline friend loved it too and it will be great for future road trips!
