Wasn’t even going into this one chasing a new lap time—just wanted to have some fun, get more seat time, and enjoy the car. Somehow ended up going from a 1:17.2 to a 1:16.8.

Wasn’t expecting the PB at all, but I’ll definitely take it. Still plenty to improve and a lot more time left on the table.

Sadly, the fender liner decided it had enough and came off during the day. 😂💀 Just another thing to add to the track-day repair list.

It's been a couple of months and a few rocky roads but I finally managed to put together some of the journey my mom has been through recently after being diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer.

I've decided to post this video for a few different reasons:
1. To create awareness, especially this breast cancer awareness month.
2. To encourage women to constantly and consistently check themselves and to encourage other women to do so.
3. To encourage people to be a part of the village even in the smallest way because that could make the biggest difference to others.
4. To display my mom's strength and courage and hope that it inspires others the way it did us.
5. To encourage people to be kind because you never know what someone is going through 🤍

Morgan Rogers’ opening goal for Chelsea in their 2-0 victory over Manchester United may have looked like a great solo goal featuring a deft chipped finish, but the reality shows just how embarrassing United’s defending really well. After receiving the ball in the centre circle, the England international was allowed to simply run in a straight line towards goal without a single challenge being offered. In fact, United’s midfield and defence appeared to move out of his way to let him through. The goal was captured on ref cam which, close up, makes it look even worse for Michael Carrick’s players. It’s hard to believe this goal was conceded in a Premier League game. The polar opposite of the ref cam footage we saw from El Clasico, last week 😂

In 1998, the Icelandic electrician was working near an 11,000-volt power line when a devastating accident cost him both of his arms. For more than two decades, he couldn’t hug his daughters or handle simple daily tasks on his own.

That changed in January 2021, when surgeons in Lyon, France performed a world-first operation, transplanting two donor arms along with the shoulders. After months of intense rehab, movement slowly returned, and Felix finally got to do what he’d been waiting for since 1998: wrap his arms around his daughters and grandchildren.

Today, he can take care of everyday basics on his own, a milestone that once seemed impossible 🙏
