I used to wear Stussy. Not anymore. I’m a DJ, and I watched you send a cease-and-desist to one of the most culturally relevant musicians in the world over a shared last name. If you’re willing to take out a DJ at that level—someone who’s built 15 years of credibility in a community that IS Stussy’s DNA—then you’re willing to step on anyone. Including me. That’s not brand protection. That’s fear dressed up as legal strategy. And it tells me everything I need to know about how you treat the culture you claim to represent.
