Your knee mobilization setup might be missing this.

Need to improve knee mobility? Try this Mulligan belt-assisted posterior-to-anterior glide at the tibiofemoral joint with the knee flexed.

The setup 👇
🔹 Loop the Mulligan belt around your upper body for a stable force
🔹 Position the belt around the tibiofemoral joint
🔹 Keep the knee comfortably flexed
🔹 Apply a controlled posterior → anterior glide
The goal isn’t simply to “mobilize the knee.”
The goal is to find a manual force that improves joint mobility.  💯

⚠️ Always individualize the direction, force, and joint position based on your examination and the patient’s response.
Assess → Mobilize → Move → Reassess.

🔥Save this for your next knee mobility session!
