Scottsdale + great people + big goals. 🌵
The JMG Leadership Retreat was a great mix of learning, strategy, goal setting, new relationships, and a little fun along the way.
I connected with some amazing leaders from around the country, picked up new ideas, got clear on what’s next, and somehow added “rode in a driverless car” to the trip recap. Not going to lie... sitting in the back while no one drives is a weird way to build character. 😂
I’m back home energized, grateful, and ready to turn those goals into action.
Great people, great conversations, great trip… and thankfully I survived the robot car. 🚀
