My personal faves are min jiang kueh (traditional pancake) and the pandan waffle. π§
These are different from the western style of pancake and waffle - min jiang kueh is spongy, chewy, with different fillings inside. Pandan waffle is super fragrant and can be eaten plain or with fillings too π§π«π―
