I had a similar situation with TIW. The team had plenty of time (Nov-Feb) to complete my dress and they could not figure it out. Their solution was to constantly “add things on” and make me pay to help their situation. At the end, I was going in daily for hours for them to complete the dress, up until the night before I left for my wedding. The result was uneven necklines and blood stains all over the dress. Thank you for bringing this to the attention of other brides so they don’t have the same terrible experience we did!

They probably used a cut and paste form they have used multiple times and forgot to take out the bits that didn’t apply to you such as the number plate thing 😩😂 I’m so sorry this has happened to you and I hope they’re shut down as this is appalling. If they had replaced the dress like they should have, this wouldn’t have happened!

This place really messed up your dress.I can only imagine how heartbroken you were when you picked it up. As someone who sews evening gowns I know that hem should not look like that.

I am a professional seamstress for theatre and film, and I would be absolutely humiliated if I handed over a dress that looked like that. Oh, do everything I could to remedy my mistakes. When people don't take accountability and they double down like this, they become trash. They're no longer human to me.And I don't have any feelings of remorse or concern for them. You get em. You make them pay for putting it through this stress when you are already dealing with most stressful events in your entire life.
