November: Men’s Mental Health
Month.
Too many men grow to believe that emotions are weakness, that asking for help is a sign of failure, or that they have to “man up” and deal with it alone. But the truth is opening up takes courage, not weakness.
Let’s change the narrative.
Talk. Listen. Check in on the men in your lives. A simple message, a catch-up, a “how are you really?” can make a difference.
