GIFTED NATURE 🏡

Shujaa Path Project is one of our flagship initiatives, a youth development project focused particularly on boys and young men who are often overlooked in social and development programmes. Shujaa Path was established in 2025 from the recognition that many boys face challenges such as school disengagement, lack of mentorship, unemployment, harmful peer pressure and limited opportunities to develop positive life skills. The project seeks to provide practical pathways through mentorship, life-skills development, education support, entrepreneurship, employability, leadership and community engagement.

Under the inspiring message “Every Boy, A Shujaa,” Shujaa Path aims not simply to address problems affecting boys, but to help them discover their potential, build confidence, develop responsible character and become positive contributors to their families and communities. Through partnerships with government, schools, communities, development partners, private sector and the media, Gifted Nature NGO hopes to expand the initiative and reach more young people across Tanzania.
