Assam's BURNING LOTUS’ heavy debut captures the suffocating weight of modern dread without losing its sense of atmosphere.

Burning Lotus @burning__lotus make their debut with “Anticipated Anxiety,” a crushing progressive death metal track built on intricate drums, powerful riffs and commanding vocals. The song captures the suffocating weight of modern dread without losing its sense of atmosphere.

For fans of Gojira, Meshuggah and Machine Head, this is a promising first strike from a band with plenty of room to hit harder.
