1. i’m paid through a payroll service, so YES, over the table with taxes taken out
2. i’m paid an hourly rate PLUS an overtime rate for any hours over 40 in a week
3. i’m paid an overnight flat rate when i stay the night
4. i’m paid a travel fee per night when we travel
5. all child related expenses are reimbursed
