Baked Garlic Butter Spinach Chicken Parmesan Meatballs! Classic chicken parmesan, only made into baked meatballs with a little parmesan cream sauce too! Like a chicken parm meets garlic butter chicken Florentine. SO GOOD!

I miss being able to train consistently! Between traveling & life’s other obligations, finding time to train has been a challenge but no matter how busy life gets, I still find a way to put in the work whenever I can. This sport has my heart, and I can’t wait to get back into my routine, fully focused and doing what I love most ❤️‍🔥
