برای یادآوریِ چیزی که در ما فراموش شده است.

Fear is rising on Wall Street as the US stock market’s Fear & Greed Index drops to 20 out of 100.

The index was at 32 a week ago and 38 a month ago, showing a sharp drop in investor confidence.

CNN tracks 7 market indicators, including stock momentum, volatility, and demand for safe investments.

A reading below 25 signals extreme fear, meaning investors are becoming increasingly worried about the market.

Democrat Gina Hinojosa secured victory over three-term Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, the Associated Press said, a stunning flip in the country’s most populous red state after more than three decades of Republican leadership.

With 67% of the expected vote counted, Hinojosa had 57% to Abbott’s 42%.

Hinojosa, a 52-year-old lawyer and state representative, began her race as a Democratic longshot against a governor known for his political prowess and formidable campaign war chest. But she gained momentum from voter dissatisfaction with Trump administration policies and the economy under Republican leadership.

Hinojosa surprised many Texas political observers by gaining on Abbott in polls ahead of the election, despite being vastly outspent. Her polling raised Democrats’ excitement in a state where they had not won a statewide seat since 1994.
