📸: BREAKING - US officials in the know say Republicans in the House of Representatives are planning to hold a vote on Secretary of War Pete Hegseth’s resignation. This comes as other reports say President Trump is considering firing Hegseth in the wake of the midterms. Those officials blame Secretary Hegseth for convincing Trump to begin the war on Iran. While there was a large-scale build-up of military forces in the Middle East recently, very similar to the build-up we saw prior to the war beginning, there’s been no update on Trump’s position on renewing attacks. Administration officials remain divided on the next steps, with some advocating for strikes to continue, others pushing for diplomacy and others calling for continued economic pressure.

Iranians gathered at a state-organized rally in Tehran and burned a banner depicting US President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance after the Republican party's midterm elections loss.
Thank you for making last night's election happen my fellow Democrats.
