🎬 NAMIT MALHOTRA'S RAMAYANA: INDIA'S EPIC SET FOR A GLOBAL CINEMATIC SCALE

Producer Namit Malhotra, the CEO of Prime Focus and chairman of DNEG, is backing an ambitious cinematic adaptation of the Hindu epic Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. Starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana, the two-part film aims to bring one of India's most cherished epics to the big screen with large-scale production, advanced visual effects, and international filmmaking expertise.

With music by A. R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer, the project has attracted global attention for its scale and creative ambitions. The film is planned as a two-part saga, with Part One scheduled for Diwali 2026 and Part Two for Diwali 2027. The makers aim to present the timeless story of Lord Rama to audiences in India and around the world.

🏹 An ancient Indian epic, reimagined for a global audience—with the ambition to make cinematic history.
