今日は8月8日にオープンされた和歌山県庁の裏手にある紀州徳川家ゆかりの神仏習合の尼寺光明院さんの中にある食堂カフェお寺の台所さんに母と行かせてもらいました。
境内には三宝荒神·九頭竜大神などの小さな祠が並び神仏習合の歴史を感じました。
厨房には井戸があり汲み上げた御神水は調理に使われます。
かまどで炊いたご飯は格別に美味しい😆
ランチメニューは…
月替り·刺身·焼き鯖があり
私は焼き鯖
母は月替りをオーダー
落ち着いた雰囲気で食べる斎食は美味しかったです。お寺の台所さんのオーナーで住職さんでもある方は元ボートレーサーだったみたいなのでまたゆっくりお話をお聞きしたいかもです。

Let's add more interest to the outfit I'm wearing: a mohair sweater and a wool pleated skirt. Add a white t-shirt on backwards to add more interest to the neckline.
