Scoopable Cookie Dough! Crumbl has one of the BEST lineups this week with a new dessert and a new Dubai cup... at some locations!

Here's the lineup:

Dubai Style Cocoa Cup (Select Locations Only): Layers of chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, crunchy pistachio-kataifi filling, topped with a scoop of chocolate whipped cream and a drizzle of pistachio creme.

NEW Scoopable Cookie Dough: A scoop of warm, baked, gooey brown sugar cookie dough packed with milk and semi-sweet chocolate chunks served with a large dollop of ice cream-inspired vanilla bean mousse.

Confetti Cake Batter Cheesecake: A cake batter cheesecake with confetti sprinkles layered on a crunchy golden crust and topped with whipped cream and confetti sprinkles.

Sea Salt Toffee Skillet: A gooey toffee cookie with vanilla bean mousse, drizzled with milk chocolate and caramel, and finished with toffee pieces and sea salt.

Caramel Apple: Warm cinnamon apple cookie topped with caramel cream cheese frosting, chopped Granny Smith apples, a drizzle of caramel, and a house-made streusel.

Frozen Hot Chocolate: A rich chocolate cookie with hot cocoa-flavored mousse and topped with mini marshmallows.

Brookies & Cream Cookie ft. OREO: A whole OREO cookie stuffed inside a fudgy brownie and signature cookie, topped with brownie batter, then finished with OREO cookie pieces.

Strawberry Heart Cake: Fluffy strawberry cake topped with a swirl of strawberry cream cheese frosting made with house-made strawberry jam and shaped like a heart.

Are you grabbing anything from the Crumbl Cookies lineup? I'll be getting this one for sure!

You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔

And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window!

There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY!

Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role.

And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control.

For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself.

As you can see in the photo above…

I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days.

But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it.

And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that.

I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat.

I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health.

Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable.

Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL.

I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine.

I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition.

And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching.

Because what works for one person might not work for another.

We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs.

So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶
