Some weddings leave us altered by what we witnessed.
Our journey with Lauren + Evan reminded us what it looks like to be deeply attuned to another soul. To move through love with intention. To understand that the energy we bring into our relationship, our home, our family, and the way we speak to one another becomes the frequency of the life we create together.
These two see the world in a way that resonates so deeply with us. They honour energy, ritual, and the sacredness of their connection. Witnessing the way they speak to one another through their vows, their words, their gestures, and the way they move together was such a beautiful reflection of what it means to consciously tend to a love.
Their wedding day felt like an extension of exactly who they are.
Lauren brewed and bottled 30 litres of homemade kombucha infused with lemon balm. Evan filled the day with music and beautiful frequencies, DJing their celebration and serenading her on the ukulele after their ceremony. His dad and uncle played live music through cocktail hour. Their children were woven so naturally into the day, and there was something incredibly special about witnessing this family together, radiating so much love, health, happiness, and connection.
There are rituals they carry beyond their wedding day that will stay with us. With every new moon, she gives him a massage. Every full moon, he gives her one. A simple ritual of returning to one another, caring for one another, and intentionally tending to the energy between them.
Maybe that is what we are holding onto most from these two.
Love is something we create a frequency around. In the words we choose. In the rituals we keep. In the way we listen. In the way we touch. In the way we honour the person beside us again and again.
Lauren + Evan, witnessing your soul connection was a gift. Thank you for reminding us how beautiful a life can become when love is lived this intentionally. 🤍
