The only reason someone else’s success triggers you is because it reminds you of what you haven’t done yet. Instead of getting jealous, get to work.

Their success isn’t your problem. Your reaction to it is.

3 years ago I became a MARATHONER running the NEW YORK CITY MARATHON in 3h:19’:17” - pace of 4’:43”/km ❤️🥹 I will remember forever how I felt during my very first marathon: the tears at the starting line, the excitement that made me run too fast during the first kilometers, the butterflies in my stomach, the fear of not knowing how my body would handle 42 km…but I was sure of one thing: I would cross that finish line, no matter what 💪 And I did it, with all the passion and love for running in my heart! Every runner doing the NYC Marathon experienced those same emotions, and those memories will stay with them forever 🙏 CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE RUNNERS 🥳
