Unresolved Warranty Claim – Zero Lifestyle | Ticket #Z-2236-90713 I am sharing an update regarding my complaint with Zero Lifestyle. I sent my watch for a warranty claim, and after approximately one month, the watch was returned to me. However, the watch is still not working even after the claim/service. Additionally: ❌ Watch is still not working after the claim ❌ Strap extender is missing from the box ❌ Box was returned in very rough/damaged condition ❌ I contacted the helpline, but did not receive proper guidance ❌ I have a video of the watch before sending it for the claim, along with pictures of the condition in which it was returned. Ticket No.: Z-2236-90713 I request Zero Lifestyle to please review the before-dispatch video and return-condition evidence, investigate what happened during the claim process, and provide a proper resolution. @Zero Lifestyle My issue is still NOT resolved. I submitted my watch on 5 August 2026, and after waiting for 27 days, I was told it had “water damage” and was asked to pay PKR 6,600 for repair. I refused paid repair, and the watch was returned to me without resolving the original issue and with visible signs/marks of rough handling. I have all chats, receipts, photos and videos as evidence. Please provide a proper written resolution instead of repeatedly asking me to wait. Ticket: Z-2236-92017 | RO: 64572.
