Three crispy little ARANCINI just pulled up to Pony like 🤌🤌🤌

Crispy outside. Creamy inside. Italian enough to make your nonna suddenly appear and tell us we’re doing everything wrong.

PMDD, or as we called her, Pam DD, almost took Amanda from me. I almost lost my person, the one who has always felt like home to me. For a while, it felt like we were losing something neither of us ever wanted to let go of.

But after Amanda’s surgery, Pam DD was GONE. Just like that. And I got my Amanda back. And that’s when I realized I never actually lost her. And she knew she never lost me.

PMDD is no joke, and watching someone you love go through it gives you a whole different appreciation for just how much it can affect someone’s life. I’m so incredibly proud of Amanda for everything she’s been through and everything she’s done to get to where she is today.

Even during the time we weren’t technically together, I was still her biggest cheerleader. There was never a question of whether I wanted to be there for her. I love her, and I have zero regrets about being part of her journey through one of the hardest chapters of her life.

More than anything, I’m grateful she trusted me enough to be vulnerable with me, to let me see the hard days, and to let me love and take care of her through them.

And now? Everything is different. We get to experience each other and our relationship without Pam DD constantly inserting herself where she doesn’t belong.

Through it all, we never really stopped being us. We just had a very unwelcome third wheel for a while.
