На этих выходных наши друзья устроили детям настоящее приключение с препятствиями! 😍🔥 Было очень интересно, весело и незабываемо!
Огромное спасибо вам за такие эмоции и за то, что подарили детям столько радости!

Forget awkward dating app small talk – Finland has a rather different way of finding love 👀 The country is offering 16 singles from around the world a free four-day trip in February 2027, ending with a blind group dinner date in Helsinki or Tampere. Flights, accommodation and food are all covered, with applicants simply asked to submit a short video explaining what they'd serve on a dinner date and why. Applications close on November 10. #finland #dating #single #relationships #viral

It’s the best day of the week - LEG DAY. Remember to go slow and focus on full range of motion for the best gains. If you can’t feel your butt cheeks, lower your weight and fix your form. You’ve got this my babes!

For structured programs to help you grow your legs/glutes all from home, join my app and train with me using free weights in FULL LENGTH workouts. The ladies on my app always say the follow along workouts have been a game changer to seeing results. 🥰

Honestly, I think this is the happiest I've looked all year! I sat in the sand, collected rose petals and watched the sunset—sounds like a cheesy rom-com but with more sandy knees and less dramatic music 😅🌹☀️. My hair is basically living its best salty-wavy life, and I totally got caught talking to a crab for like, five minutes (he wasn’t really listening…but whatever 😂🦀). Sometimes you gotta create your own movie moments, even if you end up dusting rose petals out of your swimsuit for days!

Would you rather collect seashells or rose petals? (I vote rose petals – less chance of stepping on a crab 😂)
