Racing games have always been a huge inspiration. Not only the aesthetics and visual design, but mainly their soundtracks and for music discovery. Games like Need For Speed: Most Wanted, Forza Horizon, Wipeout, etc. played a massive part in forming my early music tastes. The NFS: Most Wanted 2012 soundtrack was honestly a game changer for middle school me.

I’ve been playing @nightrunners.jp and it’s been really inspiring me musically in a way the genre hasn’t in a while. In part thanks to its incredible soundtrack with some personal favs like @dazegxd @gum.mp3 and @swamisound. It’s out as a free demo I would highly highly recommend.
