I’ve had the privilege of watching this sweet rainbow baby grow since her very first trimester, and now here she is at 29 weeks! 🌈✨ Every visit with her mama and grandma feels like seeing family. Somewhere along the way, we formed such a special bond, and I genuinely get excited every time I see their names on my schedule. 🥹

This little girl is already surrounded by SO much love, and she has no idea how many hearts she’s touched before even entering the world. 💕
