Silverstein - Discovering The Waterfront (2005, promo copy)

Starting off strong with the newest edition to my collection. My favorite album by them which also contains my favorite song by them, Always and Never. I was VERY lucky to be able to get my hands on this with how much the prices of their early albums on CD have skyrocketed on the second hand market recently, thanks TikTok 💔 Thankfully though, they announced that some of their early albums are finally getting reissued on CD sometime this Fall, which I'm hoping happens soon because as much as I love their first album, When Broken Is Easily Fixed, there's no way I'm paying $100-$200 for it 💀

This is what cherry blossom season looks like in Japan. 🌸

Every spring, cherry blossoms transform parks, streets, and gardens across Japan into shades of pink and white. Photographer @number_shiiix captured the beauty of the season, when the trees bloom for a short time each year.

What I eat in a day 🩵 build muscle and lose fat 💪🏼

Body recomposition is truly a game of patience. It’s so easy to get caught up in the number on the scale or look in the mirror expecting to see a change overnight. What helped me was putting my energy into the things I could actually control.

1. What I put on my plate. I eat balanced meals I genuinely enjoy, know how to cook at home, and am happy to make again. I keep all the food groups in the mix.
2. How consistently I show up. Aim for 3–5 workouts a week if that feels realistic for you. If two days is what you can commit to right now, start there. Consistency builds over time.
3. How I train. When I only have 30–40 minutes, I prioritize strength training. If bodyweight moves already challenge you, that’s where you start. As you get stronger, you can add reps or weights and progress at your own pace.

If you’d like to see how I put this into practice, I share my weekly workout split every Monday in The Core along with my Visual Method for building balanced plates using visual portions and tuning into your hunger and fullness. It’s there if you want to follow along. Link in b!o🩵
