✨Devastation Lit✨

Hi pals! I really, and unexpectedly, loved this novel. To celebrate, I'm going to give away my ARC! Details below, review first!

Dodge City is about a young man who gets kicked out of college for fighting and is subsequently drafted to go to Vietnam. Lee plans to dodge the draft and head to Canada, and takes off on a cross country road trip, fueled by amphetamines, to visit his family along the way.
The writing is incredibly smart, and there are some very funny moments that made me laugh out loud - not something that happens often for me with the kinds of books I tend towards.
I plowed through this in just over a day - super engaging and enjoyable!
Dodge City will be published 9/29/26 by @eccobooks, an imprint of @harpercollins
