A morning boost, an afternoon break, or a sunset snack… it’s always a good time for Ernie’s.

Roma are already up 2-0 against Manchester United inside 20 minutes 😳 United haven't won a match since Sept. 10. IT'S NOVEMBER 🤯
October is a month I’ll look back on with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes. This month has brought joy and pain, some physical for me (Maggie in the marsh and oyster cuts as a result, massive burns from stupid curling irons and leash tangles causing wrist tears) and some emotional (standing over my mom watching her body try to fight a 105.6 fever is something that will haunt me until the day that I die). But, we lived to see November. We literally thrived and then just survived this month. And the longer I’m on this earth the more that I find I’m a student of that rhythm. We all are. If I’ve learned nothing else, and if I could pass on only one lesson from these 46 years on the planet, let it be this. No matter how good you’ve got it or how bad your life feels right now, nothing lasts forever. It never gets easier and stays easier. Happiness is truly found in navigating both periods of your life with grace, as much grace as you can muster, for yourself and those around you. That’s something I’m still working on. And, to be completely honest, I’m crap at it but I’m trying. This was October… (Never been happier to hear Mariah Carey at midnight on November 1st).

A special night, made even more meaningful by the people behind it. ✨ For my official sashing night in Ecuador, I had the pleasure of wearing a custom-made suit created by a talented Vietnamese designer, a beautiful detail that brought two cultures together on such an important occasion. I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such talented professionals, dedicated people, and an amazing team who put their passion into every detail. Behind every memorable moment, there are people who make it possible. Thank you for being part of this journey.
